For hotels: Buk is a platform to enable reselling of hotel rooms across B2B and B2C direct channels. By enabling reselling on blockchain, we are able to create a new revenue (project 3-5% increase in RevPAR) stream for hotels, in form secondary market trading commissions (2% commission, every-time a room is resold). Being able to control distribution and pricing across the channel network (even beyond primary sales) reduces margin and revenue leakages and keeps the hotels in control. Specifically targeted to the new age Crypto travellers and Digital Nomads (100mn plus market size), we provide a completely untapped segment for hotel chains.
